Vince Frillici

Vince provides clients and client teams political strategy and development counsel and leads Kivvit's D.C. business development and marketing. Prior to joining Kivvit, Vince led his own political consulting practice, providing political and nonprofit development strategies. 

His vast experience in the public affairs field includes working as a senior policy advisor for Patton Boggs public policy practice during the 2008 financial crisis and as a managing director of public affairs at Mercury. Vince has also worked on numerous national and state campaigns. He served as national finance director for Senator Chris Dodd’s 2008 presidential campaign and was on finance staff for President Bill Clinton's re-election, the Democratic National Committee and a Florida gubernatorial campaign. Among his many accomplishments, Vince helped create the first political arm of the New Democrat Coalition in the U.S. House.

Vince sits on the board of the SEED Foundation of Kurdistan, is a guest lecturer for Michigan State University's Semester in Washington program, has taught at George Washington University and has been a guest lecturer for Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Vince grew up in Flint Township, Michigan, graduated from Michigan State University and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He lives in Tenleytown with his wife, Chris, and their two children, and spends most of his Saturdays coaching his 7-year-old son’s Little League baseball team. Joe Biden once told him backstage: "Let me tell you, if I had your hair, I would have been president by now.”
