Sarah Figliulo

Sarah has more than 15 years of experience driving strategy by integrating deep insights gleaned from the nexus of research, psychology, and culture. She leads the day-to-day management of her team and engages closely with account teams to incorporate data-driven insights into the work. Through her analysis, Sarah helps provide the connective tissue between audience research and data, business objectives, brand understanding, and cultural contexts. She has worked across a wide range of sectors, including health care, CPG, telecom, education, nonprofits, hospitality, and cannabis.

Before Kivvit, Sarah spent most of her career at advertising agencies including Leo Burnett, EnergyBBDO, and Razorfish, as well as several startups. Her creative research, strategic thinking, and evocative storytelling have contributed to work that has won the industry’s highest awards, including Effies and Cannes Lions.

She majored in Italian at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, then continued her education at Miami Ad School and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, earning a master’s degree in clinical psychology. She lives in Chicago’s River West neighborhood and uses her Italian whenever she can find an excuse.
