A winner of multiple creative awards, Pearl has a remarkable track record of success as a strategist, storyteller, director, reporter, and video producer combining raw creativity with proficiency across multiple mediums and messages. She has a singular ability to create compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.

Prior to joining Kivvit, Pearl was the digital director for New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, where she oversaw digital operations, multimedia, and social media. She received national recognition and numerous awards for creating bold, innovative digital communications. Pearl previously worked as director of video for New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, where she led the expansion of documentary and rapid response video and messaging. Pearl has previous experience as a photojournalist, reporter, and video producer for several publications, including the New York Daily News, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, NBC News, and Reuters. Pearl was named to ROI-NJ’s 2023 Women in Business Influencer List.
