Molly Scherrman
As Chief Operating Officer, Scherrman oversees the day-to-day management of the firm and its business operations with a constant focus on ensuring the firm is running efficiently and harmoniously. With two decades of campaign, finance, and team management experience, she brings a track record of success managing scalable operations, along with long-term strategic planning.
Scherrman specializes in campaign management, paid media strategy, issue advocacy, and message development. She has managed multifaceted campaigns and works with clients and internal teams to develop strategic plans using data-driven tactics and solutions and is as a top advisor to several of the firm’s largest and longest tenured clients.
Prior to joining Kivvit, Scherrman worked on Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign as the Deputy Director for the Iowa Caucus, and then transitioned to the National Director of State Surrogates. Originally from Iowa, Scherrman got her start in campaigns working as a campus organizer and went on to serve as the primary fundraiser and political staffer for Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack and Lieutenant Governor Sally Pederson, then worked on U.S. Senator Tom Harkin’s successful re-election campaign as Deputy Manager and Finance Director before joining the public affairs firm Link Strategies.
