Mashal Hashem
Mashal works with a variety of clients to execute their public affairs goals through strategic communications, media relations, public policy and in-depth research.
Prior to joining Kivvit, Mashal worked at the International Law Institute in Washington, D.C., a nonprofit organization that provides specialized training for developing countries to improve their internal infrastructures. Before that, she worked at the Center for International Policy, a D.C.-based think tank, as an associate researching U.S. arms deals with Gulf States and the impact of foreign lobbying on U.S. policies. During the 2018 fall election cycle, she worked as a regional organizer for JB Pritzker’s Illinois gubernatorial campaign in the Chicago office.
Mashal is originally from from Potomac, Maryland, and she enjoys running, reading, binge-watching Netflix series, and spending time with family and friends.
