Greg Jawski

Greg has more than 20 years of corporate and crisis communications experience, spanning a variety of industries with a concentration in financial services, fintech, and tech. His specialization includes financial communications, reputation management, dynamic storytelling, positioning, and issues management for challenging situations. 

Greg has extensive financial experience, including IPOs, M&As, and funding communications. He has also led crisis communications issues for multinational organizations facing cybersecurity breaches and supply chain disruption, and he has placed top-tier articles and bylines in national and international press.  

Prior to joining Kivvit, Greg led corporate reputation at Porter Novelli, where he managed a portfolio of clients within sectors including financial services, technology, logistics, and health care. He also led the crisis and special situations work focusing primarily on cybersecurity, supply chain, and financial data breaches. Greg served as the market leader for the New York and Chicago offices, with responsibility for agency culture, market growth, and talent attraction and retention.

Before Porter Novelli, Greg was the managing director at JCPR, a financial services boutique in New York City. Under Greg’s leadership, the firm opened and expanded its New York footprint to over 30 specialists and worked with companies including Franklin Templeton, Schroder’s, HighTower, Envestnet, Nationwide, among others. 

Prioir to JCPR, Greg worked at Emanate (a Ketchum company), overseeing the retail banking and mortgage accounts divisions at Bank of America. Prior to that, Greg worked at Ogilvy leading financial services programs for Barclays, iShares, Wells Fargo, and Citizens Bank. 

Greg grew up in Port Washington, Long Island, New York. He currently lives in Jersey City, New Jersey, and you can often find him exploring the Jersey Shore.
