Garrett Jochnau
Garrett manages Kivvit’s Insights Team, working across offices to integrate research, data, and technology into the firm’s work and practices.
Garrett brings a deep knowledge of analytics and data to his work, which entails analyzing audiences and social landscapes as well as gleaning actionable campaign opportunities from in-depth research. He also contributes to Kivvit’s thought leadership initiatives, including analyses of COVID-19 CSR efforts, as well as corporate, organizational, and higher education communications around social justice.
Prior to joining Kivvit, Garrett worked in the Government and Community Relations Department of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Through stakeholder identification and outreach, he worked to build political, civic, and community support for the Port Authority’s capital projects and operations. In college, Garrett served as managing editor and sports editor of The Daily Northwestern.
Garrett is from Warren, New Jersey, and he now lives in Chicago.
