Dan Zima
Dan specializes in office administration, human relations, and IT management. Dan oversees internal office management including office inventory, employee onboarding/offboarding, and technology maintenance. He also assists the HR, finance, and IT teams with day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining Kivvit, Dan worked as the office manager for Concierge Preferred, where he focused on account administration, customer service and outreach, and event planning. He also managed the office of the company’s sister operation, Social Media Beast. Before starting his path as an office manager, he spent several years in sales in the transportation and logistics industry.
Dan is from Chicago, where he now lives with his wife and two dogs.
