Chris Carrino
Christine brings decades of public and private sector experience to her work in public affairs, media relations, and marketing. She has wide-ranging experience across industries and sectors, including government, economic development, hospitality and travel, and arts and culture.
Before Kivvit, Christine served as the deputy commissioner at Chicago’s Department of Aviation, where she managed communications for two of the world’s busiest airports. Previously, she worked as a deputy press secretary for Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and focused on economic and neighborhood development, and she also worked as communications director for the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs & Special Events. She was also a senior account executive for Carol Fox & Associates.
Originally from Southern California, Christine currently resides in Chicago’s Bowmanville neighborhood with her husband, daughter, and one-eared cat, Vivian. Christine has visited 45 U.S. states and nearly 60 countries on six continents — no Antartica… yet.
