Kivvit’s Tracy Schmaler Shares Crisis Expertise on Venable Panel

Last week, DC Managing Director Tracy Schmaler spoke at a Venable LLP event on key strategies for nonprofits during crisis situations. Alongside Venable panelists, Tracy gave her insights on how to prepare for and respond effectively to high-stakes legal circumstances. Tracy emphasized the importance of creating a core response team to assist with the decision-making process.

“Sometimes you have to monitor and watch what the fallout is before acting too quickly.”
