Kivvit’s Maggie Moran and Laura Matos named to the 2015 PolitickerNJ “Power List”
The 2015 PolitickerNJ “Power List” was recently announced, and two of Kivvit’s own public affairs practitioners appear on the list of most influential political actors in New Jersey. Maggie Moran serves as Managing Partner at Kivvit, the newly rebranded public affairs firm she helped found in 2012. Laura Matos joined Kivvit in 2012 after positions in both the public and private sectors, currently serving as Principal.
Maggie Moran has now appeared on the “Power List” six times of the previous seven years, and was also featured in PolitickerNJ’s “2014 Labor Power List.” Moran boasts vast experience in corporate communications, federal and state government, political campaigns, and labor relations. Moran has served in senior roles for major public affairs campaigns in New York and New Jersey, worked for two United States Senators, managed statewide political campaigns for President and Governor, and served as the Chief of management and operations for the State of New Jersey.
This is Laura Matos’ first appearance on the “Power List.” She has been recognized frequently in 2015 for her success at Kivvit, as the 2015 recipient of the Pam’s List Trailblazer award, as well as the 2015 Latina Pioneer Award from LUPE. Laura has served on staff with three New Jersey Governors in positions ranging from Deputy Director of Scheduling to Director of Operations. She previously served as Director of Business Development and Communications at one of New Jersey’s top law firms, where she oversaw communications, marketing and business development.
We are excited that the achievements of both are acknowledged by recognition on the esteemed 2015 PolitickerNJ “Power List.”
